Homemade Eye Shadows...

Blending your own customized bold ‘n’ bright shades of eye shadow is surprisingly simple and only requires two ingredients!

First, you need your colour—food colouring in powder form is the perfect saturated base for your DIY shadow. Combine the food coloring powder with baby powder to create the exact hue you want. Alter the powder-to-colour ration to find the perfect pretty shade for your summer look!

Be sure to check the ingredients of your baby powder as some contain harsh carcinogens.

Corn flour can work just as well as baby powder...

How about trying cocoa powder for brown eye shadow tones. The good thing with homemade natural beauty is that you can experiment with almost anything. Common sense should kick in with most of us experimenting with natural ingredients. Its highly unlikely we would use lemon juice on our eyes as we all know its highly acidic and will cause irritation.
